The Oasis Membership software is a full-featured club management platform effective for medium- to large-scale membership clubs such as golf clubs, health clubs and country clubs. This system is designed to offer most of the day-to-day club management and billing needs, printing statements out in various formats:
- A single statement for family and corporate clients
- Selected transactions, such as monthly dues printed on corporate statements and other transactions billed to nominated member statements
- Automatic transfer from one member to another based on transcode (Coffee Shop or Tennis Court Rental) or TransType (F&B or S&R)
- Automatic periodic charges and monthly dues
The system also supports:
- Display of member photos and signatures at POS as card substitutes
- Full integration with general ledger and accounts payable
 
Another set of applications for the membership software is for hotel employee city ledgers, officer checks, and entertainment tracking per employee and per company. Statements can be printed at any time or at month’s end for salary payroll deductions. The system naturally functions very well for owner city ledger accounts with either predefined credit or prepaid credit accounts as well.
